We are not a pharmacy, prescriber or healthcare provider. Website information does not establish a clinical relationship or constitute medical advice.

02. Registration and pharmacy services
Get Pricing and pharmacy partnership submissions are requests for review. They do not create an approved pharmacy account, purchase order or guarantee of acceptance, availability or pricing.
You choose which pharmacies to contact and register with, and purchase directly from the pharmacy. Each pharmacy controls its applications, account decisions, services, pricing and terms. Reporting that you submitted an application is separate from pharmacy verification or approval.
03. Pharmacy relationships and compensation
The RX Solutions Team Inc receives compensation from pharmacy partners based on purchases made by customers we connect with them. You choose which pharmacies to contact and register with.
04. Availability and applicable requirements
Services and pharmacy relationships are subject to applicable federal, state and territorial laws and pharmacy requirements. Availability may vary by location. Nothing in these terms authorizes a prohibited referral payment or limits rights that applicable law makes nonwaivable.
05. Your information and personal link
Keep your personal portal link private. Do not share it publicly, use another organization’s link, impersonate others or attempt unauthorized access. Browser receipts show registration reports, not pharmacy approval. Contact us about an exposed link or incorrect record.
Do not submit patient records, payment details, passwords or unauthorized third-party information. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information.
06. Optional text messages
Where offered, support texts cover inquiries, portal assistance and business registration follow-up. Marketing texts cover our business coordination services, service announcements and related business events. Each category requires a separate, optional opt-in; neither is preselected.
You may select one category, both or neither. Consent is not required to purchase or request services. Providing a phone number, submitting a form or accepting these terms does not by itself enroll you. Consent applies only to this sender and the purposes selected; it does not authorize pharmacy texts.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Delivery may be delayed or fail; carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. This program is not for prescription-drug promotions, patient-specific clinical information or emergencies.
07. Unsubscribe and get help
Reply STOP to unsubscribe or contact us to withdraw SMS consent. You may receive one cancellation confirmation; further program texts stop unless you give fresh affirmative consent. Requests in ordinary language that withdraw consent will also be reviewed and honored. A new form submission alone does not re-enroll you.

08. Availability and changes
Independent pharmacy websites and services are governed by their own terms. Our website may change or be temporarily unavailable. A separate written agreement with your organization governs the services covered by that agreement.
We may update these terms, providing notice of material changes when required. Updates do not expand existing SMS consent. Nothing here removes rights or protections that applicable law does not allow us to limit.
